I have just come back home from my anatomy lab, where we played with sheep brains. I don't have much of an appetite after doing that, and since it is almost dinner time, I guess I better get over that and plan for dinner. Next week we are diving into the wonderful world of dissecting cow eyes. Now doesn't that sound like fun?
Preston is finally back in school. What a nice change to have a routine and some sense of order restored to the Wiley home.
This week is going to be a busy one. I have my nutrition class on Friday and my assignments for the month are due. I did get a good start on them today, but I also have to manage studying for my anatomy quiz on Wednesday and keep up with life in general. I am not feeling horribly overwhelmed...yet.
For those who are wondering, school is going just fine. I am pleased with my ability to keep up with all of it. Summer will be the real killer I think. We shall see.
Well, I am off to plan for dinner....meat, potatoes (leftover from yesterday's roast lunch) and sheep brains. I will never look at meat the same way again!
