I know it has been a while since I blogged. After I came back from the dead, I had a lot of catching up to do. I had school and church Wednesday, as well as many errands to do before Elliot's party on Thursday. Thursday was spent cleaning house and making cupcakes for Elli's party. Then Friday morning, I left for San Diego to see Beth Moore. I didn't get back until very late on Saturday night.
Beth Moore was awesome! The worship was great! The teaching was great! It was an exhausting trip though! We spent a huge majority of the two days in the car. I was one of the drivers and the traffic was horrible. Other than that, it was a wonderful trip!
I have a huge lab exam in anatomy on Wednesday and I had a quiz this morning. I will be studying my brains out this week trying to get ready for the lab exam, which covers the brain, the eye, the ear and major internal organs (think liver, kidney, pancreas, stomach, etc.). So much to do, so little time. Today was very productive in the studying department. I feel like I came leaps from where I was last week in just today's studying. I prayed for a productive week and so far my prayers are being answered.
My husband told me last night that he is happy to have me home and well. I was seriously missing him by the time I got back from my trip. I felt like I hadn't seen him in forever because of my prolonged sickness and then my trip.
Preston had baseball practice tonight and he has his first game tomorrow night. I had to take him to practice tonight. James took him all last week because I was sick, so it was my turn to take him. I took all of my study stuff and got a few more things learned. I am up to my ears in cranial nerves and brain parts!
Well, I am off. I have some t.v. to watch before I go to bed. I can't wait to go to bed! I am so tired. I need a weekend to recover from my weekend!
