Yesterday, I finally dragged myself and my children to the doctor on my husband's demand (not request). Preston was the only one who needed to have antibiotics. He has an ear infection and a sinus infection. See, I told you I wasn't sick. My DH insisted I was sick. No antibiotics needed! Yay me! I just have to continue with my nasal lavage, nasal sprays, and allergy medicines to keep from getting an infection.
I also took the kids to get a haircut yesterday. Elliot has never had her hair trimmed and we bit the bullet yesterday and trimmed a few inches off. It was in real need. The ends were just not in good health. Her hair is much easier to comb out now. Did you know that damaged hair gets way more tangled than healthy hair? So if your hair seems a little more tangled on the ends, it is time for a trim. Her hair looks so cute by the way! Preston also got his hair cut. Same ol' do.
Today, I was in the car explaining to Elliot what a lie is and that the Bible tells us that we shouldn't lie. I really didn't know until later that she was really paying attention. And with that said, I will leave you with....

I scored 9 out of 10 on my History quiz today (we are now at World War II).

Not about this particular session. I had been out of town for a few days, came back, got down to business. Last night, as I was finishing my shift (I work until 10 p.m.), it hit me - and I panicked. I have not read Carissa's blog since I've been home. I had about 6 to catch up on and was glad you missed a few days in there. Keep it coming. Love you.
