This week has been busy. I am back to school. I am taking Human Anatomy (Biology 30) this semester and I am spending a lot of time memorizing all 206 bones in the body, along with the bony markings on them. Bony markings are the indentations and protrusions of the bones. They all have their own names.
Earlier this week, I took Preston to Target to spend his birthday money. I am sure that you are dying to know what he chose to spend all of his birthday money on. He bought Rock Band...an interactive game for the Play Station. It comes with a guitar, drum set and microphone...think Dance Dance Revolution meets musical instruments. Anyway....we have our very own rock band now!
With all the memorizing I have been working on, I figured I needed a few added study tools to help me along the way. I got the idea to get a study partner. So, I got a study partner. I got him on ebay. So, without further delay, I would like to you to meet my new study partner, Buddy.
Buddy is a half scale skeleton...he is made of pvc and contains a good deal of detail...although, I wish his head came off and apart. His jaws work though. He is about 3 feet tall and he will be the center of my focus during study time for the next week and a half. Do you remember those commercials? My buddy, my buddy, my buddy and me!
