A LOOOONG Day

Today was a very long day, and as I sit here and watch Wheel of Fortune, I am realizing how tired I really am.

After getting Preston off to school, Elliot and I headed to town to run some errands for our church and go to a doctor's appointment. Elliot is well, I however am still seriously infected. They gave me another antibiotic shot, along with a B-12 shot and have me continuing on the oral antibiotics. I have a huge bruise at the injection site. Those antibiotic shots feel like they are injecting a rock into your booty.

After the doctor's appointment, we headed back home for a few minutes before we had to go pick up Preston. After picking him up, we headed back to Visalia to meet my mom and Kara and Ashtyn for lunch. My kids decided they wanted to spend some time with their Nana, so I decided to spend some time shopping and running a couple of errands. I had to go get more chocolate muffins from Costco for my DH and kiddos.

I got home in time to get ready, bathe my kids and head out to the school spaghetti dinner, where I volunteered for two hours. The school PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) puts this event on every year. The kids perform songs and such, with a patriotic theme. I got to eat my dinner for free since I volunteered in the kitchen. I decided to take it home in a to-go box since my DH was already at home and I hadn't seen him all day. I miss that guy when he's not around.

I do have pictures of Preston performing, but quite frankly, I am feeling much too lazy to go get the camera and load them onto the computer right now. I will have to post those pictures later.

I found the perfect gadget for you: http://www.eye.fi/
It is a wireless SD card for your camera. This way you don't have to whip out the cord. Just leave it in your bag and pull out the pics!
