Let The Insanity Begin

Okay, I thought my life was crazy before, but the truth is, I had no idea what crazy is! I had my first Microbiology (summer school) class today. Eighteen weeks of material will be crammed into 6 weeks of school. There will be at least one exam a week, along with reading and other assignments. It is pretty intimidating. On my break, which is only 10 minutes, I called my DH and told him that it has been nice knowing him, and that I will see him in 10 weeks when summer school is over. I think it will be extremely challenging, but I am just going to give it my all and hope it is enough to get me the grade I need.

We had a very busy weekend, and I am exhausted today. I wish I had a little bit more time to recover before I started school again. I am going to have to make sure that I turn in early at night so that I am alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic for school at 7:30 every morning.

My high school reunion was on Saturday night and I had a great time. I don't think my DH had such a great time, but I kind of knew that might happen. I got to catch up with a lot of people that I haven't seen or talked to in a long time. It was nice to have an evening out with adults. It was a ten year reunion, and I was surprised that many people looked the same. It was interesting to see what people are doing now. If there is anything I have learned, you simply cannot predict where people will be.
